Low and medium pressure boiler tubes:
Implement GB3087 standard. It is used for heating surface tube of low and medium pressure boiler (working pressure is not more than 5.88MPA, working temperature is below 450 ℃).
·High pressure boiler tube:
Implement GB3087, gb5310, din17175, ASME sa-106, ASME sa-210m, ASME sa-213m, ASME sa-335m and other relevant standards. The superheater is generally used in industrial boilers with the temperature between 650 ℃ and 450 ℃ and high-pressure reheater.
·Nuclear power pipe:
According to gb5310, ASTM A106 and ASTM A335. It is used for conventional main steam pipe and main water supply pipe.
At present, our company can mass produce more than 20 kinds of high, medium and low pressure boiler tubes and high alloy boiler tubes, and successfully test rolled T91, sup304h, internal thread boiler tubes.
